Revenue generation is one of the key factors in determining veterinary compensation. Join AAEP Compensation Subcommittee co-chair Dr. Travis Boston and member Dr. Martha Mallicote for a discussion of the pros and cons of the different ways in which practices track revenue (or do not) in order to pay veterinarians appropriately. Discussion will include review of relevant findings from the AAEP's 2022 Equine Medicine Salary and Lifestyle Survey.
